OUR COMPANY

The Lynn Group Creative Inc grew from The Lynn Group LLC formed in April of 2004, specializing in theme parks, ride and show, hospitality, themed resort and restaurant design. The company grew very quickly taking on investors forming a larger organization. Fred Lynn, president and CEO, has 33 personal years of experience along with his staff and consultants providing a wide range of skills in many facets of this field including planning, design and documentation, special effects (SFX), bidding and fabrication oversight, purchasing and other specialties not commonly found in most practices.


The Lynn Group Creative designs site plans for theme parks, theme entertainment and resort projects, conceptual design for building(s), storylines, character and personality development, interior design and other planning services. In the beginning stages of projects The Lynn Group Creative advises having the concept work such as the site plan, architectural imagery and interior available for potential investors and bank “Sizzle Package”, to help sell the project. We can provide services needed along with video fly through and high-end profession graphics services.


We offer staff and consulting architects and engineers in addition to our creative staff for a complete one stop shop. This will allow us to customize a design program to the client’s financial needs while keeping to a rigorous budget. We can aid our clients with conceptual bidding for construction, fabrication and installation as well as preliminary construction scheduling and conceptual monthly cash flow rates (also known as burn rates) which will be required in a final financial package and business plan.


Through our sister company Lynn Leisure Development Inc we have business consulting and project management services available which can be used in tailored feasibility studies and business and organizational planning. These skills help our clients get ahead of the game when conceiving a project and beginning the mobilization phase.

The Lynn Group Creative can remain involved throughout the project as;


  • Art Direction; which helps guides the project during the documentation phase by keeping the original concept as a guiding paradigm. If project changes are needed due to costs or building constraints, the art director will aid with design alterations as need.

  • Ride and Show Installation; many components of a theme entertainment project require special oversight skills for proper installation such as scheduling, facilities impact coordination and hook-up, placement and storage. And of course the final start-up and monitoring for full operations.

  • Project Management; most projects which have themes require interior installations which have specialty items and fabrications needing oversight from the shop drawing phase to scheduling and final application or installation.

  • Props and Dressings; theme projects require many items to pull off the storyline. We provide props and dressings services which include search and discovery, auction hooding, acquisition, cataloging, final placement and inventorying which includes itemized placement diagrams.

  • Purchasing; we will aid the owner by purchasing common and specialty items and provide logistics and storage as required to meet schedules and opening date goals.
